Veteran entrepreneur, digital media expert to share business strategies with local technology community

An Atlanta-based digital media startup that aims to "Ungoogle" the Web, has raised $4.2 million.
Vertical Acuity uses technology and data mining to re-engineer content discovery — delivering online content to eyeballs, instead of the other way around.
"We move content to the consumer, instead of moving the consumer to the content through links," Vertical Acuity CEO Gregg Freishtat said.
